NDIS participant number or identifiers

PlanLink collects and uses personal information for purposes including:

Delivering services and supports

Assisting participants to understand, implement, and manage NDIS plans

Coordinating supports and engaging service providers (with consent)

Safeguarding, risk identification, and escalation

Communicating with participants, families, and stakeholders

Meeting legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

Internal administration, reporting, and quality improvement

We will not use personal information for unrelated purposes without consent, unless permitted or required by law.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

PlanLink may disclose personal information to:

Employees and contractors of PlanLink on a need-to-know basis

NDIS service providers engaged by or on behalf of a participant

Plan managers, allied health professionals, or support providers (with consent)

Government agencies, regulators, or statutory bodies where required by law

IT, CRM, or cloud service providers that support our operations

PlanLink does not sell personal information.

We take reasonable steps to ensure third parties handle personal information in accordance with Australian privacy laws.

Some digital systems or cloud-based services used by PlanLink may store data outside Australia.

Where personal information is disclosed overseas, PlanLink takes reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place and that information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

This agreement enables Planlink to deliver supports to NDIA Managed Participants. Please note that our invoices and the NDIA claims may have Boutique Caring and their business & bank details displayed. Remember Planlink uses their registration to deliver support.
