Planlink delivers Group Activities and Supports that encourage social connection, skill development, and participation in a safe and inclusive environment. Through structured and informal group-based activities, participants are supported to build confidence, communication skills, and relationships with others. Our professional and nurturing staff facilitate groups that are engaging, respectful, and tailored to individual abilities, ensuring each person feels valued, included, and supported to participate at their own pace.
