Planlink’s Employment Support services are designed to help people build the skills, confidence, and capacity needed for meaningful and sustainable employment. Through personalised support from experienced employment coaches and mentors, we work alongside participants to identify strengths, interests, and career goals, while developing practical workplace skills and readiness.
Our approach focuses on capacity building, real-world experience, and long-term success, empowering participants to participate in employment that is purposeful, achievable, and aligned with their individual goals.

PlanLink’s School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) program supports young people to transition from school into employment and meaningful community participation. We deliver a combination of 1:1 and group-based supports focused on building practical skills, confidence, and independence.
Through structured skill-building activities, work readiness training, and real-world experiences, participants develop employability skills such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, routines, and workplace expectations. Our supportive, strengths-based approach empowers young people to explore career pathways, build capacity at their own pace, and prepare for meaningful employment or further training aligned with their individual goals
